D-Chrysler

2001-02 minivans> Headlight malfunction

1999-00 Cirrus, Stratus, Breeze> Engine compartment fire

2002 Grand Cehrokee 4.0> Engine cooling fan blade failure

1999-2003 Ram van, Dodge Durango (non-power seats)> Open wire connector in the harness for the electric seat motor gets dirt inside and shorts internally causing the plastic connector to meltdown and start an under seat fire. Note: The fire can occur anytime because the connector is always powered up, so it can happen when the vehicle is parked. The circuit breaker for the power seats must be removed to cut the power.

Ford

1999-2001 Expedition> Electrical system failure

2002 Explorer, Mountaineer 4.0 SOHC> Stuck engine throttle causes unintended acceleration

2003-04 Mustang Cobra> Accelerator pedal interference

Honda

2001 Acura MDX (salt belt states)> Front suspension coil spring failure

2000-01 Accord> supplemental restraint system readiness indicator lamp. [See Motor Minutes]

Kia

2003 Sedona> Electrical fire

Nissan

2005 Infiniti FX35, FX45, Q45, Maxima> The child seat latch lower anchor brackets were incorrectly installed.

Rover

Land Rover Discovery II> Brake light switch failure

Toyota

2004-05 Sienna> Seatbelt malfunction

Volkswagen

2004-05 Tourareg> Exterior door handle stays open, preventing latching.

Volvo

1999-2001 C70, S60, S70, S80, V70, V70XC> ETM throtle control malfunction. [See Motor Minutes]

Motorcycles

Suzuki Intruder 1500> Fuel leak

Aprilia 2001-02> Fuel leak
